Zen meditation

This article talks about a method of meditation called Zen, which is one of the thoughts of Buddha. Jade Meng writes it to inspire us the importance of living in the moment. That always been the focus of meditation in Buddhism. Reading this reminds me of some Buddhism books I’ve read. Meditation is also about peace, you can always feel the peace and happiness if you feel being alive now. One of the ways is by sensing your present in this moment, as Jade write. It brings us back to our true selves. I ever joined a 10-day meditation course. Since I don’t meditate regularly after that, most of the 10 days were the best moments where I felt my life and know the true of myself. It was an ice breaking to what I formerly knew.
