The author calls this modified NLP visualization technique, which he once used in a crazy week of 20 hours workday. He is, again, Alvin Soon. I always find his writing to be useful and down to earth. He suggests us to trace the stress. Where it comes from, how it feels like, what is its shape, color, and sound, what the stress says, pluck it out of your head using your hand (the visualization, I guess), changing the color, shape, and sound to a powerful emotion, until finally you can say your new belief. Read the process carefully. I suppose it needs concentration to do, but it’s appealing and should rationally work. If he could do that and go through the one long week, I think it is worth trying.
