Many people fail in their diets in few days, some in few weeks. According to an article I read, it is much about mindset. We haven’t set the right mindset since planning the diet by thinking that food is enemy. Our enemy is the inability to eat at the right portion. We should not get caught in the diet that we think of foods and weight negatively. Maintain a mindset that we want to have a good and healthy life by eating more nutritious foods and avoiding “bad” food. There will come times where you really miss the “bad” food you used to eat, if you can’t stand anymore. You can eat a little portion of it, and then add up more healthy food as compensation.
