Iran is accusing the United States, that they are meddling with the presidential election held on June 12. But protesters rallied in defiance of their Islamic leaders.
Opposition leader Mir Hossein Mousavi, on thursday called for a mass rally in open defiance against Iran’s most powerful figure, Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
A state-run Press TV blamed the US to be the guilty of vote-rigging and fraud, which ultimately caused the mass rallies.
