The idea is not to be blindly fearless. It’s to face reality and don’t let the illusion of fear deny your potency. Carey Powell, a certified life coach, writes that everyone actually has a fearless soul. We just have to get out of it and face the real world. I feel like really understanding it, but still it’s really hard to do. During this extent of my life, I have been in some scaring situations of which most I could not pass. I do love being in my comfort zone, and it is still so until this moment. However there were also a few I could handle quite well (because it was emergency!).
It was in emergency we know how far we can go and face the reality. Is that moment’s reality different from the reality we face in normal situation? Most probably the answer is no. Just reflect that. I’m doing the same for myself.
