Willpower and skills need to be synchronized in order to get optimal fitness, as said in an article I read lately. The article might give another view of gaining fitness since there are some tips and explanation provided. Some of the points I get are: your mental will can affect your result, watch your weight to be in line with your height, eat high-nutrition food (avoid fatty and oily ones), and explore your inner strength.
