Choosing the right exercise

I came across an article about choosing the right exercise. Really interesting since I thought we didn’t have much choice and better had variation for better result. As written in the article, choosing the right exercise will help you maintain the program easier. If you like the exercise you do, you will do it pleasantly with no much burden. You may have to choose from some exercises like jogging, swimming, tennis, walking, etc. If you can’t wake up too early in the morning, then walking or jogging might not work long for you unless you do them at noon. If you like more moves and sweats, than playing tennis or badminton can be your choice. If you like to be social, then golf and football might fit you. Your level of fitness also matters.
