Some kinds of people easily suffer from stress. It just comes, without us realizing how to spot and stop. In an article I read, it is said that the main cause of stress is reality, reality we can’t face. So the root is how we react to reality. You know, individuals have different reaction to bad news. Some become angry, some stay calm, some get sobbed in tears, etc. They are reactions. And yet, as I read there, we all have a limited range of emotion.
