Do you ever hear about the power of saying “yes”? Whether it is ever or never, this is a good article you should read. It’s really inspiring, about how saying “yes” to every offer can allow you to get more of what life has to offer. The writer has made experience about this and would like to share to you how his/her life is changing. It apparently turned out to be a positive experience, even for those things that he/she would refuse to do in the past. It was just like opening all probabilities and then you have no block in your life. Well, much of his/her fear has also gone away, leaving a mentally stronger and braver individual. There’s no accident for luck

Friday, July 3rd, 2009

This is a great article that can help you get rid the feeling of being unlucky. The writer quotes some from what John D. Krumboltz and Al S. Levin say. Luck is no accident, what happens is something that happens randomly. If you really notice your life, many unplanned things or occurrences often affect and direct our life more than the planned things we have set. They call it happenstances, a nice word I’ve just heard. There are techniques to recognize happenstances and to act according to them, so they can become our advantage. Among them which interest me the most are to keep our eyes open and to make mistakes. Read the article to find many other techniques. Check here.

Don’t complain

Friday, July 3rd, 2009

Here is an inspirational article I read. It helps me to feel more positive and lessen the amount of complaints I make during a day. There are many bad news around that are just enough to make us down and start complaining. But the article suggests that we realize our big power to determine. When we see things negatively, we are triggered to complain, then it is not far anymore from a deeper state of stress. If you really pay attention on how your body reacts, I’m sure you can feel the sufferings. When we feel bad, our nerves, heart, skin, and other body system react. It is ourselves that suffer the most. The others will not feel. Well, I suggest you read more in this article.

Work and play hard

Friday, July 3rd, 2009

That is motto or joke we often hear. Now I am reading the writing about that in a blog. The author shares her experience during studying at Princeton and relates it to the motto. He writes in the article that to work hard and to play hard is a way of life, both must be in balance. His experiences during the study are written there, whether it was the time to work hard or time to play hard. He studied and concentrated well in some nights, then went out for some drinks with friends at other night. That is a great life, if we work hard only, we might be too serious to enjoy this life. If we play hard only, we might pass and lose every opportunity that comes to us. Read in this article about how you should be doing.

Among the list tells about what you need to do, what you should do, what you want in order to make it successful. Refer to the article to find the detail of each.
