GCC has since suspended him for sexual misconduct, participating in a public display of pornography, and violating the values of the college. For John, it’s GCC who is violating his rights. He wasn’t ready for the strict punishment he has received because he was doing something legal. The treatment he has received from fellow students was even worse.
